The CARISMA Telematics Project provided advice and guidance to cities planning to implement schemes involving the use of computer and communications technologies to improve transport services. Jean was responsible for writing a series of Fact Sheets about the factors influencing the success of a wide range of schemes implemented in several European cities, in a clear and consistent way which would meet the needs of decision makers across Europe. |
