"Public Transport Information Web Sites - How to get it right" was written by John Austin with Susan Kenyon and Glenn Lyons, then of the University of Southampton. Launched at the CBI, London, this is a user-centred guide to the issues that need to be taken account of when constructing Public Transport Information websites. It draws on experience in both the UK and worldwide. John Austin was responsible principally for the Best Practice examples and for the analysis of future technological trends identified in the book. |
