Independent review of consultancy
Independent review of consultancy Carried out for the Welsh Assembly Government a major independent review of the Atkins South Wales consultancy for management of the trunk road network, recommending changes to contracts and to the Mantais Cymru facility, including the establishment of the new Traffic Wales TMC, which is now operational. Review focussed mainly on the M4 motorway and its associated ITS systems and development proposals and included advice on the rationalisation of the two Traffic Information and Control Centres.
